Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the CRM System Manager with tasks and duties surrounding the roll out of the new CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) together with the regular cleaning and ongoing maintenance of system data and admin post implementation.

The role will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key tasks will include:

Daily duties:
- Resolution of day-to-day queries received into the CRM support mailbox
- Quality checking of newly added records.
- Maintaining relevant related information in Elite Enterprise
- Creation and maintenance of key mailing lists for clients and targets
- Working with the CRM System Manager to be expert in the advanced searching and reporting functionality.
- Ensuring that CRM policies are followed
- Assisting with regular cleaning and data auditing
- Supporting the management of the email marketing platform including reporting and analytics.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience of databases
- Experience in researching company information and using 3rd party database tools.

Skills & Knowledge

- Good IT skills
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel
- High degree of data entry accuracy and good attention to detail
- Numerate and analytical and able to provide insight when performing tasks
- General commercial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work within a busy, pressurised environment

Technical Competence

- Carries out every day duties in an effective manner, meeting or exceeding the requirements of the job.
- Demonstrates a detailed knowledge of office procedures relating to the role.
- Consistently produces accurate work with fewer than 5 errors per thousand records modified.
- Has an excellent understanding of the IT packages/ systems/ equipment necessary to perform the role.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 09:00am till 5:30pm

37.5 hours a week
