Grade H4, SCP 17 - 20: Salary £14,770.81 - £16,123.40 pa Inclusive of Fringe Allowance

The Cover Supervisors will oversee classes of students aged 11-16, for which work has been set by a qualified teacher. The main job purpose is to maintain good order and to keep pupils working productively. Good interpersonal skills and an understanding of adult-child relationships are essential. This is an interesting post in which every day is different and personal initiative is required, as are good communication skills, effective planning and a proactive approach.
