This company is a specialist designer, manufacturer and installer of pre-cast concrete flooring components.
Due to ongoing expansion they require a 'Contracts Coordinator' to join their passionate, dynamic team in Wisbech.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company who are equally happy to offer training and further development for candidates early on in their career as well as being able to offer plenty of challenges for the more experienced candidate.
Key aspects of the roll include:
- Coordinating the installation process to ensure the smooth running of all company on site installations.
- Ensure the proposed safe sequence of work is conveyed to the customer and make all reasonable efforts to ensure they comply.
- To coordinate the Contracts Surveyor in the planning of all installations.
- Programming of the installations.
- Communicate and coordinate any required remedial works or special measures necessary for the installation.
- Book and coordinate the required plant and mechanical machinery.
- Allocate labour to each installation based on experience and skills mix.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Be an effective communicator, both verbal and written.
- Able to assess incoming information efficiently.
- Be calm and level headed.
- Relish a challenge.
Previous experience of the Construction Industry, mechanical plant and or logistics would be a distinct advantage.
