This exciting programme in the D2N2 LEP area aims to combat the root causes of poverty, promote social inclusion, challenge long-term unemployment and empower socially excluded people. This project is jointly funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund until January 31st 2020.

Working as part of a team, you will provide a high quality service to support unemployed and economically inactive people in Amber Valley, Erewash, Derbyshire Dales and High Peak towards and into work.

To motivate disadvantaged participants and support them to achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will:

- Provide administrative support to the Hub team as required.
- Ensure participant entry forms and participant records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that programme referral and monitoring data is completed in full in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with external delivery partners (TW Work Coaches) within the Hub area to ensure all due entries are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor the data on the Hanlon system, ensuring all data is complete and accurate.
- Type letters, reports, minutes, create tables and other documents as required.
- Undertake general office duties including photocopying, scanning, shredding, filing, laminating, etc.

Remuneration packages commensurate with level of experience.

All candidates must be prepared to undergo a DBS check.
