An exciting global multi-branded company and one of the UK’s most successful, within the Outdoor & Snowsport Leisure Industry, is seeking to appoint a high-calibre individual with passion, desire and a great “can do” attitude, to the following position: -

Commercial Sales Administrator
(National Account Team)

Location - Port Glasgow
Package - Competitive salary

Reporting to the National Account Controller, you will support the National Account Sales Team through managing all aspects of processing seasonal product information, both on internal and external platforms, and providing relevant sales information, when required.

You will be required to undertake the following tasks/functions: -

- Manage internal databases, including photography, to support their Retail Partners with product setup requirements.
- Liaise with customers
- Create, develop and issue monthly Sales Reports, per Account, to reflect not only Sales In but also Sales Out (at retail).
- Manage the communication of customer updates, particularly regarding Product and Delivery requirements, to all relevant departments, to drive through 100% compliance.
- Monitor customer websites, in order that product data remains wholly accurate.
- Ad-hoc administration & cross departmental support.

They are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual, possessing and displaying a “can do” attitude. It is desirable that you have an avid interest in Outdoor pursuits, particularly participation in Camping.

Your personal attributes will include: -

- Strong Customer Service & Administrative skills, including experience of working with CRM databases (3-4 years) and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
- A collaborative / flexible attitude, along with a keen eye for detail / spotting trends.
- Excellent IT skills within MOS applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
