The Opportunity;
They are currently recruiting for a number of Claims Handlers to join their Motor division based in Blackpool. As a Claims Handler your primary responsibility will be; providing a high level of customer care to both internal and external customers, and monitoring all on-going vehicle hires on a regular basis to facilitate a seamless customer journey. The role involves efficiently handling both inbound and outbound calls in line with departmental KPI's to maximise opportunities within a fast paced evolving environment.
As a business they operate 6 days a week with shifts between 8:00 am-8:00 pm; so flexibility is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Taking initial claims notifications
- Managing customer contact
- Identifying service opportunities
- Liaising with Hire suppliers, Repairers, Work providers and Insurance companies
- Investigating and establishing liability
- Negotiating claims settlement
- Liaising with appointed solicitors
