We are a firm of financial and business advisors who, due to our vast expansion, are now currently recruiting for claims advisors. The individual required will be experienced, professional, committed and enthusiastic whilst maintaining and delivering their three key values of honesty, integrity and loyalty.

The claims advisor will be responsible for providing outstanding Customer Support to not only their prospective and new customers, but also their existing customer base. Their role is to be their customer’s port of call during the claims process, ensuring that the customer’s account is regularly updated and their case is handled accordingly. The right candidate will have a genuine passion in placing their customers at the heart of everything that they do, and who will thrive in a busy and challenging environment.

What the role involves:
- Starting their clients’ claims by submitting these to lenders.
- Ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times
- Expediting your customer’s cases in line with not only their own guidelines, but also with various financial institutions parameters.
- Providing a first point of resolution service to their customers in a professional manner
- Be an ambassador by treating all internal and external customers with respect and maintain professionalism at all times
- Display empathy and understanding for each individual scenario
- Carry out general ad hoc duties as requested by the team leader

What we are looking for:

- Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work
- Experience of dealing with a high workload and prioritising accordingly
- Working to tight deadlines whilst dealing with competing priorities
- The ability to apply knowledge and sound judgement where applicable
- A professional and credible approach to all tasks given
- Minimum of 1-2 years back office/customer service environment experience is essential.

Hours of work and Salary:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:00-1700, with one hour provided for lunch. (the business will expect an ongoing level of commitment from staff to work overtime as and when the business requires the need for this. This is to ensure business and personal targets are achieved.

Salary:
Starting salary of £16,000, which on successful completion of 6-month probation period rises to £19,000
