This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an established Claims Management Company based in Loughton, Essex. They deal with various aspects of claims management such as Payment Protection Insurance and Packaged Bank Account Claims. They are actively looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team on a Temp to Perm basis.

Role:

- Analyse policy documents and other correspondence for mis-sold insurance
- Write letters of complaint on behalf of clients that incorporate complaint arguments based on their questionnaire
- Follow up client and bank issues to ensure a case is progressing in a timely manner
- Data processing
- General admin duties as required to manage the claims process

Candidate:

To be successful within this role you will need the following skills, behaviours, experience and competencies;

- Experience in claims management administration is helpful but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate with typing skills
- Highly organised and able to work towards deadlines
- Adaptable to change
- Customer focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude towards management, staff members and customers

Contract: 40 hours per week Monday – Fridays
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £16,000 - £18,500
