Fresh food, thriving country Inn, looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join a very talented and driven kitchen team. This Inn has been beautifully renovated and stands out from the others.
The key factor for this role is your character and personality in order to work together as a team, as well as having a real passion for good food.
You will be very hands on and you will need experience working to high volumes whilst maintaining quality & consistency.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any commis working with you
- Helping the sous chef and head chef create new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- To be considered for the Chef de Partie position you will need to have a strong and stable CV a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients and producing high standard dishes.
