Based in modern offices in Leeds

This a rare and excellent opportunity to join this company at their head office in Leeds as a Business Liaison Executive. This company makes selling and buying businesses simple, and as a key member of the business you will be working in a vibrant, dynamic department involved in the creation of valuations for businesses throughout the UK.

The role is instrumental to the continued growth of the company and involves working closely with Regional Business Managers and potential vendors in relation to selling their businesses.

This is an exciting, fast-paced role in a competitive department, interacting with like-minded professional individuals in a dynamic team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prioritise workload to ensure daily/weekly and monthly tasks and KPI’s are achieved whilst working to realistic targets.
- Drive sales performance through the delivery of qualified, quality appointments.
- Develop effective relationships with business vendors on the phone.
- Work closely with the Regional Business Managers to ensure diary management is maximised.
- Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Business Sales, etc.) to fulfil our clients expectations.

Skills:
- Experience and success working in a sales driven department.
- Positive, tenacious, can-do attitude and desire to succeed.
- Ability to manage a pipeline of hot and cold leads and prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Experience in professionally developing and creating opportunities whilst hitting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with a wide range of individuals, up to and including board level.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
