Due to their continued expansion, this company is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager who must have experience of working in the IT field.
You would be joining a company at the forefront of its field in London. The main responsibility will be to find new business opportunities and increase the client base. Experience of working in sales or business development in an IT Training company wouldl be preferred.
The Role:
- Researching the market and identifying potential clients
- Highlighting potential partnerships and building solid business relationships
- Build efficient and organized CRM system
- Decision Maker Contacts / Stakeholders / profiling
- Working closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects
- Identifying opportunities for campaigns.
- Developing knowledge of the market and competitors
- Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects
- Developing each potential lead and securing well qualified sales appointments
- Meeting with clients to present and / or close sales
- Forecasting percentage probability of closing potential deals
- Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy
Skills and experience
- At least 2 to 3 years experience of B2B and and more than 5 years B2C sales.
- Telemarketing and/or conducting or organizing Telephone Research
- Generating new leads, sales appointments, and web demos
- Qualifying and getting accurate information
- Taking a needs-based consultative approach where appropriate
- Nurturing relationships so that they become on-going
- Closing and maintaining business
This role pays a basic of 30k-40k dependent on experience. The realistic OTE is 60k+.There are opportunities to grow with the company moving forward.
