The successful applicant will be responsible for engaging with businesses in the East Midlands therefore a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will be engaging and working in partnership with employers to discuss their recruitment needs and liaising with internal stakeholders to set up Sector Based Work Academies across their training centres. Creating proposals in line with employer requirements, you will be providing interview feedback and completing reviews with employers to ensure they are exceeding expectations.

You will be proactively promoting their recruitment, training and development programmes through identifying, engaging and securing new business. You will maintain effective relationships with colleagues to ensure services are delivered to an excellent standard that will maximise opportunities to provide added value programmes and services.

The Individual

You will need to be self managing and highly motivated with an ability to secure new employer clients through a variety of new business development approaches, including; cold calls, meetings, presentations and events.

Experience of working in a similar role is desirable as identifying effective workforce training solutions that address an employer’s current and future business needs will be crucial to your success.

You will be required to work closely with colleagues across the business to support the ongoing development of the brand and reputation locally, regionally and nationally with emphasis on planning delivery to ensure they maximise their potential classroom delivery model within their Centres.
