This is a very exciting, varied and rewarding business development role that reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Duties will include:
- Generating your own new business pipeline
- Handling & converting inbound enquiries & leads generated via marketing campaigns
- Calling, meeting and closing new business
- Work closely with the Marketing team to help develop and improve the sales & marketing strategy
- Utilise company CRM to manage leads through the sales process
Experience & Skills Required
- At least 3 years’ experience obtained in a B2B sales development role
- Strong commercial negotiation and networking skills with C suite executives
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter, professional team player displaying a can-do attitude
- Being thorough and methodical when following up enquiries
- Good working knowledge of CRM software system
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency, including email communication and presentation software.
On offer is an OTE fo £50,000 - £60,000, plus pension, phone and laptop.
Working from home or their head office based in Market Harborough.
