Branch Supervisor - Worcester
This company is one of the UK’s leading independent builders’ merchants and has been supplying materials to the trade for over 200 years. They have 39 branches throughout the South West, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and a turnover in excess of £90m.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Supervisor to join their team at the Worcester branch.
What will you be responsible for?
You will be required to supervise and control all activities in the yard, timber and trade counter areas, ensuring the provision of a courteous, responsive and safe service to all.
Who are they looking for?
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a builders’ merchant environment, with a proven ability to motivate teams and improve team morale. You will have the ability to work under pressure and within time constraints, with excellent multi-tasking abilities. A current forklift licence is highly desirable.
