Assistant Operations Manager - Salary c. £25,000-£30,000 per annum

Our organisation aims to encourage continuous improvement in the management of quality in the Disability Student Allowance sector. Our organisation works closely with many stakeholders including Assessment Centres, Assistive Technology Service Providers (ATSPs), Non-Medical Helper Providers, Student Finance England & Wales, NHS, NUS and associated student organisations.

The Central Administration Unit is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team to assist the Operations Manager as we expand our business. Candidates must have relevant working experience for the post of Assistant Operations Manager, and must have an audit or quality assurance related background. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the Central Administration Unit, ensuring that our members receive a quality service in accordance with our Service Level Agreements.

This is a management role where the successful candidate must be prepared to lead by example and participate in all tasks and roles, as required by the business needs. The Assistant Operations Manager will liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis and participate in various annual workshops.

The Assistant Operations Manager will assist the organisation with our continuous improvements strategy to ensure that disabled students receive a standardised and high quality of service from our organisation registered Assessment Centres, Assistive Technology Service Providers and Non-Medical helper Providers of the Disabled Student Allowance.

Some travel will be required throughout England and Wales for this role.
