East Anglia’s fastest growing management training provider is currently looking to recruit two Apprenticeship Assessor/Trainers, to join their ambitious team based in Melton, Suffolk.

They would like their successful Apprenticeship Assessor/Trainers to support the planning and implementation of their range of apprenticeship programmes.

Successful candidates will have experience of working in management or supervisory roles. If you do not already hold a relevant Assessor qualification you will be prepared to work towards this in your first few months.

You will ideally have some experience of assessing leadership and management qualifications at Level 3 and 5 as well as other qualifications including business admin, customers service and project management. They are particularly keen to hear from candidates who also have some training and coaching experience.

Based out of their office in Melton you will work with a range of clients in multiple sectors. Some local and national travel is required as well as the occasional overnight stay. Full driving licence and own transport is essential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering information, guidance and advice for the qualification training programme
- Checking eligibility and suitability of training programmes
- Carrying out health and safety programmes
- Completing all funding and quality sign up paperwork
- Setting up delegate training accounts on online systems
- Planning and allocating work along the delegate’s journey
- Completing assessments and preparing delegates for End Point Assessment
- Carrying out delegate and employer reviews
- Completing tutorials
- Monitoring of delegate progress against all learning aims
- Support delivery of training workshops relating to apprenticeship programmes
- Marking of assignments, as allocated, meeting cohort deadlines
- Promoting best practice within design and delivery of apprenticeship programmes
- Developing support aids for delegates and employers
- Comply with quality checks for funding, delivery of teaching and learning and delegate completion
- Supporting the administration of the apprenticeship programme

You may also be asked to deliver some training to the delegates and support them with attainment of Functional Skills.

The learning experience of their delegates is paramount to them - you must be prepared to go the extra mile to demonstrate the very best learning experience. At this company they are not about ticking boxes!
