This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing online marketing and software development agency focused on delivering optimal results for clients. With an enormous presence in the English & Scandinavian markets, they provide their clients (Online casino brands) with services including Digital and Offline Marketing; Website Design; Software Development and Customer Retention Management.

Due to recent rapid growth, they are now looking to further expand these markets and seek a commercially astute and ambitious Affiliate Manager to manage their existing portfolio of partnerships and affiliates including deal sites, white label partnerships and relevant, related industry sites.

Role Overview
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, communication and evaluation of all marketing activities for the business, including managing revenue share and CPA affiliate relationships. With at least 1-3 years’ experience in I-gaming, they are looking for someone who can work well under pressure, has a passion for the gaming industry and is results driven.

Key Performance Areas
- Manage existing affiliates and partnerships
- Measure KPIs, ROI & CPA
- Engage and develop relations with new potential leads
- Ensure budgets are managed
- Work with the product team to ensure a great user experience between sites

Skills Required
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in affiliate management
- Fluent in English and one other Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish)
- Experience setting up or managing affiliate channels
- Proven experience using IA and excellent understanding of the affiliate model
- Knowledge of the gaming industry
- Great account management and communication skills
- Connections within the gaming industry desired but essential
