An administrator member of the Asset Management team, you will be responsible for the asset management administration support providing AM team administration to lessen burden on manager structure, business reporting for heads/directors and admin functions for external/internal training manager and sales team. P.A. to heads and directors for Asset Management division.

Asset Management Team administration
- Provide general administration to the team, including, but not limited to,
- Answering/screening telephones calls.
- Booking in visitors and meeting rooms.
- Handle In/out going post and parcel collections/delivery.
- Company Fleet - primary contact for all asset management team.
- IT – primary contact for all asset management team to track and raise support with internal group IT dept.
- Arrange vehicle livery and signage for premises.
- Arrange marketing materials for delivery to clients and internal staff.
- Tracks asset management equipment and arranges calibrations and PAT testing.
- Arrange hotel and travel for all asset management staff in line with company procedures.
- Main Focal point for control of all company PPE and issue.
- Manages received oil samples from clients and arranges delivery to supplier lab.

o Training Support (External)
- Provide administration support to the Training Manager by ensuring course control sheets are updated and all booking forms recorded and all delegate paperwork is prepared
- Ensure receipt of training purchase orders and liaise with Commercial/Finance regarding the issuing of invoices if required.
- Handle all external training requests and provide quotes

o Training Support (Internal)
- Apply for ECITB funding for all internal candidates
- Arrange Courses with providers and ensure internal staff are informed.

o Planning Manager Support
- Run monthly and planning reports and issue to managers and heads.

o Manager and Heads Support
- Run monthly reports from Pythagoras system and issue to team managers and heads.
- Run Expenses reports and issue to team managers and heads.

Sales support
- Undertake quote completion and arrange for delivery to client once approved.
- Support Sales and managers with tracking of website leads and telephone calls into CRM system.
- Arranges quotes for equipment calibration on behalf of clients.
