One of the UK's finest suppliers of meat, poultry and game is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator.
You should speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude - as the role involves, processing and organising deliveries, communicating with customers, liaising with transport managers and a close working relationship with their delivery drivers.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing and processing high volume delivery orders, raising invoices, dealing with returns, being a positive representative of the company and our products.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Have an understanding of different accents;
- Very accurate with data entry;
- Flexible and well organised;
- Thorough and detailed when processing customer orders ensuring that they are always correctly invoiced;
- Punctual and reliable - this is of the utmost importance;
- Have the passion, and business acumen to work in a growing retail food market.
- Experience with a wholesale company retailing meat, fruit & veg or other fresh perishable goods would be advantageous.
Hours:
- Working up to 5 shifts over 7 days;
- Full time position - average of 45 - 50 hours per week – excluding 1 hour break;
- Shift times are between 21:00 - 07:00; (12:00 - 22:00 Sunday only)
Salary: £9.00 - £10.50 per hour
- Negotiable depending on experience.
