The Business Change Executive is a motivated and adaptable individual responsible for helping identify their core processes that make up their unique business model and then creating the documentation to systemise those processes to enable consistency throughout the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help identify the core processes that make up their unique business model
- Create core process documentation with steps, checklists and workflows diagrams to aid consistency, quality control and repeatable results
- Package the core processes by title producing a table of contents for the comany way to be kept in a binder and on the Company Portal
- Assist with the creation of Word documents such as Assumptions, Scope of Works and Allocations, for the services and products of the business
- Standardise existing processes and documentation
- Review information and trends to ensure that the output of the core processes achieve the desired results
- Identify any positive or negative impact of the core processes to enable adjustment
- Create reports to provide analysis of the impact of the core processes
- Maintain a complete understanding of all policies and processes
- Drive problem investigation and resolution as required
- Any other duties as required by the line manager or other Director(s) commensurate with the post.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience performing process analysis (end to end from design to end user) and Workflows and documentation
- Lean Six Sigma or Mckinsey 7's or equivalent experience desired
- Demonstrated experience in managing and understanding process change
- Effective data analysis and interpretation skills, able to draw and present measurable conclusions
- Experience gathering business requirements to be documented.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills including influencing, collaborating and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and orally to individuals and groups
- Proficiency with Excel and Visio or other workflow applications
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to balance multiple priorities

Salary - £20,000 - 30,000 pa (depending on experience) plus pay progression

8:30 – 17:00 covering Monday – Friday, The occasional requirement for flexible hours out of hours working.
