The Role
They are currently looking to recruit a full time Administrative Assistant to join and assist their Tax Team based in Central London. This is a data-driven role and therefore the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting and reporting to the Tax Team Manager for a variety of administrative tasks
- Data handling and interrogation
- Extracting information and drafting reports for approval
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
- Managing the client relationship systems on behalf of all members of the tax team
- Conduct simple research projects and draft reports

Key Requirements
- Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner.
- Experience in Microsoft Office software including Outlook and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Have strong motivational skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter and independent worker
- Team player
- Be adaptable and proactive at all times
- Experience in a Tax, Financial, or Legal service environment would be an advantage

Their office hours are 9:00am until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Starting wage for this role is £22,000 - £24,000 + and extensive benefits package including private healthcare and potential profit sharing.
