Reports to: Sales Office Manager
Hours: Full Time, 40 hrs per week
Holiday: 28 days including public holidays
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience
Contract: Six months (March 2017– August 2017)
This company is a well-established provider of equipment to care homes and hospitals, based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
Principal purpose of position
To maintain and improve standards of customer service. To sustain and manage a high level of customer service enquiries. Present a positive attitude to help maintain morale in the workplace. Ensure that all primary responsibilities are completed to a high standard.
Skills:
- IT Literate – formal or experience based.
- Capability to handle customer service enquiries.
- Good standard of time and task management. Communication and people management skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- IT training.
- Would also benefit from education on the nursing/healthcare sector, debt collection and customer service.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- First line call answering
- Delivery KPI reporting
- Billing advice notes to invoicing stage
- Entering repeat orders
- Order processing
- Printing supplier purchase invoices and statements
- Printing customer statements monthly
- Adding products onto system and website
- SEO listings & management
- SRM & CRM maintenance, including updating supplier pricing
- Debt collection queries, including sending copy transactions
- Daily Sales KPI reporting
- Sales order Checking/Updating
- Inbound & outbound post
- Shipping
- Filing & archiving
- Order reminders
- Purchase order chasing
- Sales notes entry onto CRM
- Ordering office stationary
- Purchase invoice entry (Non-daybook)
- Presentation jobs (laminating, binding documents)
- Database maintenance
- Customer lead time notifications
Performance Objectives:
- Answer incoming calls within 6 seconds
- Debtor day average 45 Days or below
- Ensure all delivery notes are completed by 1600Hrs (excluding late orders)
- Pass weekly accountability meeting
