Part of a large group of Companies with good financial stability this employer requires a full-time Administrative Support and Spares Parts Co-Ordinator based at their busy Loscoe office in Derbyshire.

The successful applicant will be managing a busy office sales inbox and providing after-sales spares quotations and orders and assisting with other tasks as and when necessary, operating within a busy department,

They are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, has outstanding Client facing skillsets with a 'can do' attitude.

You will offer flexibility within the role and support their busy technical sales team to ensure they exceed their exacting customer satisfaction standards and high levels of service.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to produce and obtain information from telephone and email enquiries to fulfil the customers every need.

Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central would be advantageous, and the ability to grasp and understanding of their legacy systems were including QuoteWerks.

Experience or Spare Parts, ideally within the pump industry, or other engineering disciplines and knowledge of Exporting and Importing would be ideal.

Salary of £19,500.00-£21,000, based upon experience.

These are exciting times, and the role offers the opportunity to progress into sales and technical support within a short time frame along with other management supporting roles.
