This independent telecoms company specialises in selling business telecoms solutions including, mobile airtime contracts, fixed line telephony, broadband and VoIP.

Responsibilities:

- To assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounts (Including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- Debtor, creditor and stock analysis
- Ensuring that all accounting entries are correctly input to the ledgers
- To assist in the reconciliation and maintenance of the Balance Sheet controls
- Maintenance of the Fixed Asset register
- Accruals and prepayments
- To assist in the preparation of the year-end financial accounts
- Providing ad-hoc reports
- VAT preparation and Submission
- Payroll
- Overseeing & Escalation point for additional process and other financial areas, such as Fleet Management, Credit Control & Customer Billing.

To be successful for this role the candidate must have the following skills: -

- Financial experience at a similar level (3 Years +)
- Currently studying towards CIMA or ACCA with a strong desire to complete studies
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Solid IT systems knowledge including strong Excel skills
- Experience on Xero accounting package preferable
- Organised and able to take ownership of the role
- Ability to manage a team of 2.
