This brewery is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their growing team at their Brewery in Porthmadog.
Part Time Accounts and Admin Assistant – based at The Brewery to assist with Bookkeeping, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and data entry.
Duties will include, but are not limited to –
- Credit Control
- Invoice processing
- Bank reconciliation
- Assist with VAT returns
- Dealing with all incoming supplier queries via telephone and email
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Creating new customer accounts and uploading all financial documentation
- Debt Management - Chase customers for overdue debts
- Build relationships with customers and be the main point of contact for all account queries
- General office administration
It is essential that successful candidate have previous experience working with SAGE 50 Accounts, excellent Excel knowledge and numeracy skills and a confident telephone manner. Accounting qualifications such as AAT / NVQ are desirable.
