This start-up is a marketplace for storage. Think Airbnb, but for boxes. They are here to make storage space easy, affordable and convenient for everyone, everywhere.

They are a fast growing, revenue generating start-up. They have had amazing traction to date, been featured in the BBC, The Times Daily Mail, They have also had some amazing achievements so far:

- Hosted over 40,000 Storage Days
- 35% MoM Host Growth
- 9.6 out of 10 on Trustpilot by their delighted Guests and Hosts
- 33% increase in revenue last month (May 2018)
They have just finished their second round of funding and are now ready to rapidly scale and grow the business.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Their vision is to make storage easy, available and affordable for everyone in London, the UK and the world! With that in mind, they launched this start-up to give likeminded people a new and better way to meet and store. They are now looking for the right person to join the HOST ON-BOARDING TEAM to help maintain their growth

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase host listings by actively managing the Host On-boarding funnel, dealing with detailed Host queries and checking the quality of Host listings before being put live
- Relationship Management – build strong relationships with our hosts, you will be driving some of the most important metrics in the company, including Host Readiness and Host Responsiveness
- Developing commercial and strategic partnerships with diverse clientele for a variety of different space types
- Working on operations, keeping on top of move ins, move outs, missed payments etc

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
- At least one year’s experience, prior customer facing / relationship management experience preferred
- They are looking for a positive, friendly attitude and a great listener. Someone who thrives when building great relationships with our host network
- Work well under pressure, can think on your feet, be proactive, and manage time well. Multi tasking is essential!
- Excited about growing and scaling a start-up business with a big vision – you’re motivated by ambitious targets
- Occasional weekend hours may be required in order to provide a 7 day a week service to their customers.

Compensation Details:
- £20,000 - £24,000 (Based on Experience) – plus additional performance-based incentives
- Opportunity to earn Equity Options in the company
- 25 days holiday
