They have a unique opportunity for an Account Coordinator to proactively manage all aspects of administration and reporting for a number of their prestigious clients. This is a pivotal supporting the growth ambitions of the business.
Responsibilities will be varied and challenging to meet the demands of the business requirements. You will have an attention to detail and be able to juggle priorities with a drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Daily activity monitoring, reporting and small works quotations
- Sub-Contractor coordination.
- Preventive, planned maintenance scheduling, monitoring and reporting.
- Track, Apply and Complete PQQ & Tender documentation, working with stakeholders to complete the required submissions by due dates
Skills
- You will be highly organised with the ability to build strong business relationships
- Commercial awareness
- Adaptability, able to prioritise to meet the business demands.
- Confident communicator, able to take the initiative as well as working well within a team
- Good team working skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel and MS packages, Dynamics would be desirable
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
Business Management Diploma/Degree desirable
