This is a fantastic opportunity for talented and ambitious Motion Graphic Designers fully conversant with C4D to join a Southend-on-Sea Essex based video agency devoted to crafting exceptional animation for a diverse range of national and international clients and a broad range of audiences.
You'll be passionate about creating visually innovative, inspired work with a keen eye for layout, typography and colour. You'll have a self-motivated attitude, be passionate about creative storytelling and demonstrate a strong drive to create original work with a thirst to learn and develop new skills and processes. You'll show diligence and exceptional attention to detail while delivering high quality work to tight timelines.
At least 3 years experience in creating 3D motion graphics for a variety of clients. Pushing yourself to the limits of your creativity, you will be involved in the entire process - concept, style, previs, render and compositing.
TO QUALIFY... A degree in motion graphics, digital animation or similar. Excellent working knowledge of Maxon Cinema 4D (R18+) including mograph, dynamics, the take system, f curve refinement, advanced modelling / material creation, camera control and rendering. Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects for compositing multi-pass renders from C4D.
WOULD BE USEFUL... X-particles, Cycles 4D, Blender, Particular, Adobe Audition.
YOU WILL HAVE... Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good planning and organisational skills. Willingness to be flexible with working hours.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO... Manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and deliver under pressure. Work individually and as part of a team. Work under direction, take feedback and make revisions quickly. Take a project from inception to completion single handedly if required. Deal with clients and external providers in a professional and responsive manner.
