This IT support business is looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Technician to join their growing team.
Based in central London you will play an important part in supporting their diverse range of clients. As well as supporting end-users on site, you will also be answering calls and providing support remotely.
You will also be regularly working on sites in Oxfordshire – therefore you should be happy to travel, with expenses covered.
This is a role for a self-motivated engineer to work focusing on great customer service with excellent communication skills as well as a strong technical troubleshooting ability.
It’s important that you’re able to think on your feet and provide great customer service and be a reassuring presence to their clients. A can-do attitude is absolutely essential!
You should have at least 1 years’ experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and PC building within a corporate environment.
- Providing onsite 1st line support
- Working at customer sites as required
- Proactive desktop monitoring
- Daily checks
- Hardware installation and maintenance
- Provide out of hours support where required
Salary is subject to experience.
