A great opportunity to join a proactive team within a well established Hosted Desktop company. Formed over 20 years ago, they are a dynamic UK Cloud Provider who believe that the provision of leading edge IT should be as simple as any other utility service.

Providing organisations with enterprise level IT, responsive and friendly support, as well as consultancy solutions, their clients range from charities to start-ups and large corporations.

The available role is to provide 1st Line Support to clients.

Essential skills for the roles Include:
- Ability to support Windows 2008/2012/2016 based servers and client operating systems
- Understanding of Citrix / Terminal Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2016
- Exposure to virtual technologies (VMware)
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in a support environment – at least 1 year experience
- Good Analytical and Diagnosis Skills with software products including MS Office (All versions)

This is a client facing role requiring a high level of customer care, so the successful candidates should also be able to:
- Maintain good communication lines with clients to keep them up to date with the status of their call and provide outstanding customer service.
- Respond, log, and manage calls from clients requiring technical assistance, primarily relating to their hosted desktop environment.
- Remotely assist clients with issues and seek resolutions.
- Work within the clients service level agreements to ensure timely response to client issues.
- Use clear writing skills to update tickets and knowledge base

Any Microsoft Accreditation would be an advantage, but not essential.

The Package:
- Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience
- 37.5 Hours per week, Service Desk rota runs from 07:00 – 18:00 (7.5 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break)
