Our client is an industry leading renewable energy company, backed by a global corporate, and have an excellent opportunity for an experienced workshop technician. You will be responsible for configuring and commissioning electric vehicle charging equipment, Comms box assemblies and workshop repairs to a high standard.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure and support, you will work with the existing service and support team to manage the delivery of their industry leading technologies. You will have the exciting task of preparing EV and other renewable products ready for deployment by the installation teams.

To be considered for this role you must hold the following qualifications and skills:
- Good understanding of computing networks
- Be familiar with identifying network related issues.
- Have a proven strong electrical competency OR BS7671 wiring regulations.
- Ability to work from technical designs.
- Workshop experience
- Ability to carry out inspections, diagnosis, service, maintenance, and repair on a wide range of EV chargers and parts.
- Be comfortable working with online applications such as service ticketing platforms and EV Backoffice platforms.
- Full driving license is required as some driving may be involved.
- Electric vehicle charging qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Electric vehicle charging back office support experience is desirable but not essential.
