Responsibilities:
- Working within the workshop in the Tamworth Depot to ensure a smooth flow of cabinet repairs on a day to day basis.
- Identify the cabinet fault(s) and order the relevant parts required for swift repair.
- Satisfy key customer’s quality demands
- Understand process and procedures of the workshop department.
- House keeping of workshop
- Assist in the development of new innovations / processes / procedures.
- Build relationships with the key points of contact.
- Assist in weekly PI checks and Yearly stock check.
- To carry out all tasks safely and be an active member of H&S committee
- Ensure the refurbished cabinet are booked back into stock.
Key Skills Required
Essential
- Proven administration experience preferably within a warehouse / workshop role
- Good knowledge of product and operation
- Fault Diagnosis and remedy in a timely manner
- Manual Handling
- Electrical / Mechanically Skilled
- Fabrication
- Ability to understand, focus on and resolve day to day issues within the agreed parameters
- IT literate
- Appreciation of the importance of good customer service essential
Key Experience and Qualifications Required
- City & Guilds 2079 Refrigerant & F–gas Regulations / CITB Equivalent
- City & Guilds 2078 Safe Handling of Refrigerants
- City & Guilds NVQ level 2 Diploma 6187 Commercial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- City & Guilds NVQ level 3 Certificate in the Installation & Maintaining Commercial Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Electrical / Mechanically Skilled
- Handling of Commercial Refrigeration
- 5 years experience in refrigeration
