This is an opportunity to join a medium sized solid and engineered wood flooring manufacturer near Newmarket, Suffolk
Due to their size, they cannot have one person on each job that needs to be carried out and therefore require someone that can carry out many and varied requirements thus leading to extreme job satisfaction when running smoothly.
They are looking for an exceptional candidate to fill this role and you must be extremely flexible in your work attitude.
The right candidate would ideally have some form of engineering or machine setting background as the right person will be required to learn the setting up of all their wood floor manufacturing machines.
You will be required to be computer literate as all stock of consumables,raw materials and finished products will be your responsibility.
A good understanding of production will be needed as all process paperwork will be in your remit.
Health and Safety along with machine maintenance and upkeep will also be yours to look after and keep updated.Ensuring all start up and run down paperwork is completed.
As you can see from the above, you must be very flexible and have a can-do attitude and not be the type of person that waits for instruction but works on your own initiative and be very proactive.
