They work with small-medium businesses, large corporations and public sector clients including ZappiStore, OMV, Sky, Thales, Vodafone, Credit Suisse, GSK, B&Q, RBS and Network Rail.

This is a duel role working across a range of workplace projects and managing the end-to-end, high level delivery. You will act as a consultant to interpret client needs and requirements, making recommendations on real estate strategy, agile working, change management, space planning and design standards.

Key Duties: General

- Leading the engagement with the Client from a consultancy perspective to take the brief, manage the delivery of workplace analysis, consultancy services, design and ultimately the project.
- Being innovative, promoting best practice and the latest thinking in the workplace to their Clients and to internal processes and operations.
- Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively, often under time pressures.
- Supporting the sales process assisting in the preparation of project proposals and interview material, attending interviews as required.
- Inputting to the development of the consultancy methodologies, processes and procedures.

Key Duties as a Workplace Consultant

- Use the WorkLOOK tools and methodology to understand and analyse both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the Clients business and workplace needs.
- Translate findings into client-specific strategies that address strategic business goals, specifically in the areas of real estate and facilities workplace and organisational development.
- Lead client meetings and facilitate small to large groups.
- Manage project implementation and project change, undertaking communication at all levels to inform and support executive decision making.
- An acute understanding of the value of design to build businesses and transform organisations.
- Comfortable with data and research material – ability to draw out the “story” from data and present it in a clear and concise way.

Key Duties as Project Manager

- Manage project implementation and project teams.
- Ability to think from both an organisational demand and building supply perspective, a good understanding of the relationship between the two.
