This exciting programme in the D2N2 LEP area aims to combat the root causes of poverty, promote social inclusion, challenge long-term unemployment and empower socially excluded people.
Working as part of a team, you will provide a high quality service to support unemployed and economically inactive people in Amber Valley and Erewash, towards and into work.
This project is funded by the European Social Fund, and the National Lottery, throught the Big Lottery Fund until 31 October 2019.
FULL TIME, 40 HOURS - WORK COACH
To motivate disadvantaged participants and support them to achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will:
- be self-motivated and confident and looking for a unique challenge
- have excellent local knowledge of employability services and the labour market
- have excellent local knowledge of benefits, including in-work benefits
- have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
- have high level IT skills and knowledge and literacy
be efficient and have good attention to detail.
