A WordPress Web Developer is required to join the development team full time at London’s leading specialist WordPress agency, based full time at their Farringdon office.

The ideal new team member will have bucket loads of common sense, be a good team player and passionate about WordPress as a product, whilst looking to push WordPress to its limits working on exciting projects and clients.

They are working on some interesting projects, using WordPress as a headless CMS with Javascript frameworks, and looking forwards to working with the new Gutenberg WordPress editor.

They are open to developer's who consider themselves full stack, or front end or back end developers specialists.

The perfect candidate:

- Great communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Ability to deliver your work on time and in accordance with project milestones
- Collaborate with project managers, designers and other developers
- Attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly test your work
- Love for sharing and learning, contributing to the growth of the development team
- A passion for the digital world and urge to join an exciting, fun, hard working team

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal skills, not limited to

- HTML5, CSS3, Sass
- PHP & MySQL
- Strong Javascript skills, including jQuery
- Custom WordPress development – themes, plugins, multisite, multilingual, WooCommerce
- Responsive/mobile web development
- RESTful APIs
- Version control (GIT)
- DNS and server admin/config ability
- Strong communication skills, including client facing
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Commercially aware of time and budgets
