An experienced Wills, Trusts and Probate Paralegal with a strong customer service focus is required to join a start-up company based in Moulton Park, Northampton specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate.

The role will have a requirement for some field-based customer appointments within a 20-mile radius.
The position is a multi-disciplinary role with the applicant needing to be very personable, with perseverance and self-motivation to take the customer from start to finish. Experience and knowledge within the Wills sector is essential. Are you that person?

The role will include but is not limited to:

- A large part of your role will be the account handling of your own portfolio of clients in the Wills and Trusts sector, with you being at the forefront of customer interaction, striving to make the business the best in the industry in everything that they do.
- Understanding the various products that the company offer. (Inclusive training will be provided.)
- Outbound calling to qualify marketing leads.
- Using various systems to manage the customer journey e.g. call backs.
- Following a telephone-based process.
- Conducting client facing appointments to assist potential customers with the production of their Will.
- Advising the client of the products available for their best interest, delivering the supporting legal services e.g. Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney’s.
- Administrative tasks including: Production of legal paperwork and customer correspondence, postage, organising documentation to be sent to The Office of Public Guardian and The Land Registry.
- Replying to customer queries via phone, letter and/ or email.
- Taking payments from customers.
- Requesting customer reviews.
- Promoting a referral scheme to grow your customer pipeline.

Requirements for this role:

- Minimum 6 months experience in Wills sector.
- You will be expected to carry out a high quality of technical legal work and also demonstrate an ability to manage client relationships with the respect and decorum required.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential with the ability to manage your own caseload.
- High level of competency and experience in phone-based tasks with a superb telephone manner.
- Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
- Beneficial for the candidate to have the ability to work independently but to also work effectively as part of a team.
- Be adaptable to change and can deal with ambiguity and to work under pressure.
- The successful candidate will need to demonstrate perseverance and self-motivation to take the sales process from start to finish.
- Experience of Microsoft software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Prior experience within a sales environment.
