The Position
Applications are invited for a Weighbridge Operative based at their Nottingham Site. This is a full time permanent position working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
As a Weighbridge Operative, your duties and responsibilities will vary but will include:
- Weighing and recording all vehicles on and off site.
- The accurate keeping of records and relevant paperwork.
- Communicating with all departments on site.
- Covering for sickness & holidays.
- Working Bank holidays including Christmas & New Year.
- Operating the Site Tannoy System.
- Dealing with Contractors and visitors in line with the Company Procedures
Requirements
- Must be able to prioritise the workload.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Have a good telephone manner.
- Be flexible with working hours.
- Be able to work in a small team, and also on your own.
