However they will consider applications from people without retail sales experience who have the right attributes and are capable of providing first class customer service.
Due to business growth and expansion, they have a weekend opening to join their highly professional team selling quality ranges of rugs and flooring at their prestigious store in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire.
As mentioned you will ideally have some relevant experience in retail sales and be looking to join a quality and industry leading independent retailer. They are looking for a dedicated and capable person who is passionate about selling and has the ability with the support of a comprehensive training package to deliver over performing sales figures. Confident and tenacious, you will have a pleasant personality to complement your excellent sales abilities and you must be capable of delivering consistently first class customer service.
In return they offer an excellent starting salary package with open ended sales commissions that grow in line with your results . The hours of work are Saturday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and Sundays 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. Last but not least - they offer a great place to work!
