Due to expansion, this oil brand requires a new multi skilled proactive team player to join their small team in Market Deeping full time. They are looking for a motivated, passionate numerate creative and analytical individual with a can–do attitude to work within their sales office.
Duties will include:
- Encouraging B to B customers to use the online ordering platform, offering technical support and encouragement.
- Delivery of daily maintenance and ongoing functional development of their B to B website’s in Wordpress and Magento.
- Answering the telephone, providing customer service, technical assistance and aftercare linked to all products marketed by the company and Neo Distribution on all levels.
- Processing sales orders, supporting colleagues with general sales office duties.
- Manage and take ownership of channel listings within Ebay and Amazon, including inventory listing.
- You will have ideally experience of using SAP Business one , Wordpress, Microsoft Office knowledge to intermediate level, extensive experience of working with Magento. You will have existing E Commerce experience of at least one year, and have worked with Ebay before. Applicants should have a good understanding of web development and web technologies , be educated to A Level Standard or equivalent and have excellent written English, grammar and spelling skills.
- You will be expected to manage your own time, think out of the box and deliver. A passion and insight into the motorcycle industry and motorcycle sport would be an advantage but not essential
They will require evidence of technical ability and a proven level of experience within the Digital Marketing arena.
