This company is looking for a talented web development manager/lead developer (PHP/WordPress/CSS/JavaScript) to manage and develop the web department of an expanding and fast-paced IT MSP. Working from a modern, open plan office; expect an exciting and varied role delivering web development projects and contributing to the continued growth and expansion of the business.
You should be a commercially minded self-starter, able to excel in all aspects of running a web development team, providing technical leadership and supporting and developing colleagues.
You’ll need to have all the requirements below, plus experience of commercial web development and leading a team is a must.
- Significant experience with developing sites based on WordPress
- Significant experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Significant experience using version control
- Significant experience of modern PHP frameworks
- Significant experience with responsive web design
- Excellent communication skills.
In return they offer a salary of £35,000 – £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, company bonus scheme, flexible benefits, potential share options and company pension contributions as well as training and development opportunities.
