A talented Full Stack Web developer is required to join a full service, award-winning creative agency based in Redditch, Worcestershire. They are looking to expand their digital team.

With modern offices in a rural setting, they produce brave, inspiring solutions for their clients in both the B2B and B2C areas. They require a stand out individual to join their small yet strong and growing team.

What you’ll do:
- Be part of a small dynamic team of developers with front and back end skill sets
- Build different types of websites/web applications, being involved from multiple stages of a project. Sometimes being involved in planning stages, through to development and launch/maintenance
- Work on multiple projects at any one time, ranging between both front and back end development. Some projects will be new, and some will be legacy systems built with older codebases
- Communicate daily with developers, designers, and sometimes clients, in order to share ideas and move projects forward.

Skills Required
- Driving License essential
- 2 – 3 years’ experience, ideally within an agency environment
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Well experienced and proficient in HTML and CSS.
- A good understanding of PHP
- A good understanding of Wordpress, having built many Wordpress sites before with the use of plugins and custom-built parts of Wordpress sites in PHP (custom post types, looping data etc.)
- A good understanding of Javascript and jQuery, manipulating the DOM, and writing logic-based Javascript (classes, functions, ES6 etc.)
- Experience with Codeigniter and/or Laravel is essential.
- Experience with a front-end framework such as React or Angular will be a benefit, but not essential. Although, it is a requirement to want to progress in front-end/Javascript based web development
- Experience with Git
- A good work ethic with an eye for detail and able to adapt to working on multiple projects.
