Job Responsibilities
As a developer, you will be responsible for taking on a wide ranging role including:
- Development of the company's extensive digital offering
- Developing our internal CMS implementing back-end services mainly around API functionality
- Develop new online system from detailed user maps, programming and maintenance
- Working with applications and debugging
- Developing and maintaining the new software, work with legacy system on migrations
- Become part of a development team
Essential Skills
- Experience of development using PHP
- Exposure to ecommerce platforms, preferably Woocommerce/WP
- Experience using JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and AJAX, CSS & HTML
- Ability to produce clean, readable and maintainable code
- Thorough understanding of basic programming concepts
- Knowledge of Object-Orientated design and design patterns
- Excellent debugging skills
