An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior UX/UI web designer with experience of WordPress, Photoshop and Illustrator.
They are building a new in-house team for online solutions at their offices in Cuffley, Hertfordshire.
As an agency, they believe that there is a balance between design and function; planning and implementing clear, user journeys are as important as producing stunning creative design. They are looking for an experienced individual with the flair and passion to deliver both.
The Senior UX Designer will work with the creative team, their content writers and their web developers to produce the planning and visual aesthetic for their wide-ranging clients.
You will work collaboratively with the project managers, developers and the wider creative team to match their client requirements. Ultimately the Senior UX Designer will deliver great designs that work for our clients.
Requirements
- Have a portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and the delivery of solid UX solutions.
- Ability to engage clients, ask probing questions and really get to know what their new website should achieve.
- Experienced in discussing designs/thinking with clients and being comfortable presenting work and the rationale behind it
- Facilitate design, from concept stage right through to development with the use of visuals, wireframes and customer journey maps
- Deliver innovative creative flair with delight in the detail
Skills you will need

-Any WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript understanding is a great bonus but not a requirement.
