This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing online flooring companies in the UK. They are a part of a £4 million a year privately owned business, servicing both residential and commercial customers through e-commerce websites. Recently a finalist for E-commerce Business of the Year in the Digital Entrepreneur Awards they are looking to add to the existing marketing team with a Web & Digital Designer.

This is predominately a web design role but also incorporates the lead design role for our email campaigns, social media campaigns, and print media.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. They are currently located in Liverpool city centre but will soon be relocating to Aintree.

Your role will involve:
- Creating front-end landing pages for their websites (using Bootstrap framework) within a bespoke CMS system.
- Updating websites with new images, products, web banners & promotions.
- Designing remarketing display ads inside the Google Adwords platform (training can be provided on this).
- Creating standalone mini-sites as and when required in Wordpress.
- Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
- Designing gifs, videos and shareable content for marketing purposes.
- Designing brochures, stationary and all print media.
- Assisting with other general marketing activities when required.

You should have the following skills and abilities:
- Exceptional development skills in HTML5, CSS3, and designing for all devices and platforms.
- Comfortable designing landing pages using the Bootstrap framework.
- Experienced in using the Adobe suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Illustrator.
- Awareness and experience in mobile adaptive design and all media queries.
- Aware of technical requirements to create accomplished and multi-client email campaigns, including the latest developments in email design (e.g. use of video in email, Gmail media query changes, Outlook requirements etc).
- Awareness of online consumer e-commerce trends and usability demands.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Superb attention to detail and able to work through tasks with little supervision.
- Confident in expressing ideas and working with other team members to turn those ideas into campaigns or projects.

Additional desirable (but not essential) skills would be:
- Experience of using 3D software in Photoshop, Blender, or other 3D software, to create life-like rendered room designs.
- Illustrative or sketching background that could translate into designing new products for the company.
- An ability to create blueprints and floorplans for customers who require assistance in designing the interior layout of offices.
