This company is looking for a driven and ambitious Web & Content Administrator, who will oversee product pages across a large portfolio of websites in numerous languages. The company is a global direct sales retailer and this role will suit someone who is passionate and is looking to take ownership and grow their experience in online.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the online product offering on the European websites: launching new products, managing and merchandising product categories, and updating listings on a regular basis.
- Working across a portfolio of 15 websites in more than a dozen languages
- Website administration: maintaining existing European websites using their CMS platform, uploading assets from the respective content teams, including text, pictures, graphics, product information and video, responding to support tickets, photo editing and optimising images.
- Managing marketing campaigns, regular monthly promotions and spot promos from a product and merchandising perspective.
- Collaborating with the Copywriting and Translations teams to ensure products listings are maintained to a high standard.
- Regular auditing of available products online to ensure quality and customer focus.

Experience/Education/Qualifications/Training:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience
- Excellent written and spoken communications skills
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and email correspondence
- Previous online experience using Content Management Systems (e.g. AEM, TeamSite or similar).
- Basic/intermediate level HTML/CSS skills – able to work with and edit html code.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to deliver on time, with an ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours including occasional weekends during campaign launches.
- Motivated team player, pro-active with a positive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and be a problem solver
- Ability to travel internationally (on odd occasion)
