About The Company
This progressive AV company specialises in waterproof televisions and music systems for bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, showers, outside areas or any areas where damp or water may be an issue. They are based in Northolt, Middlesex. An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Technician.

The Role
The Warehouse Technician will process product returns and information while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments. you will be part of their Warehouse team, responsible for dealing with returned units from customers. You will be processing all returns, investigating faults, carrying out repairs, directing faulty products to the relevant areas and completing all associated administrative tasks. You will be expected to process returned goods in a timely fashion to ensure the best level of customer service is upheld.

You will answer questions, input accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties, including material picks and deliveries, and warehouse clean-up.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of prior returns or similar experience.
- Basic computer skills (e.g. personal computers, printers, email).
- Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
- Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment.
- Knowledge and ability to operate inventory control and related computer software.
