Warehouse Operative / Team Leader required to join a fast paced growing company providing high quality timber components to kitchen manufacturers and cabinet makers.
As a Warehouse Operative / Team Leader, you would be required to maintain the company's receiving and despatch efficiency to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Diligent application and attention to detail in all areas of receiving, checking, picking, packing, loading and despatching of goods is essential. You will also be required to efficiently operate the IT system and be able to undertake some management of personnel in prioritising and organising of workload to ensure a high level of excellent customer service.
Duties:
Booking goods in with care and accuracy, Picking and packaging of good to a high standard, prioritise and organise workload and staff in conjunction with the warehouse manager to achieve the best outcomes for customer satisfaction, occasionally collect and deliver goods as and when required.
Requirements:
- Good IT skills to be able to operate the stock management system - system specific training will be given.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Counterbalance forklift licence would be an advantage.
