The purpose of this position is to provide support for the sales and operational teams in the form of facilitating stock movements from the warehouse in order to meet the service requirements of the individual requests

Consisting of, but not limited to:

- Monitoring despatch queues within Tesseract
- Control all items received into the Warehouse until point of despatch
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of the warehouse team
- Keep the warehouse working area clean and Tidy
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety Standards
- Ensure timely and effectively communication with all company sales and operational teams
- Achieve the targets and job standards set out by the Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Key Tasks

- Create despatch paperwork for both Sage and Tesseract outgoing orders
- Pick products based on Sage and Tesseract pick lists
- Check physical items match despatch paperwork
- Despatch accurately and within set timescales all orders from Sage and Tesseract. Where serialised ensure that all items are correctly booked out of sage
- Arranging 3rd party same day couriers on request
- Loading of both company vehicles and third party couriers
- Respond to all emails sent into the warehouse inbox in a timely fashion
- Checking items on receipt to ensure matches between physical items and Sage systems
- Ensure all items are correctly placed into the specifically assigned areas within the company Warehouse(s)
- Identify methods of improving, automating and managing the despatch process within the company
- Work as a member of the Warehouse and Logistics team to meet and where possible exceed the KPI’s outlined by the Commercial and Operations Manager
- As a key value of all activities, consider customer services and the business as a whole by:
- Identifying opportunities to improve services or offerings.
- Promoting consistency amongst the Warehouse and Logistics Team.
- Ensuring records are managed efficiently to enable timely billing.

Desired Skills and Abilities
- Experience in MS Office tools, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience in dealing with Third Party Suppliers
- Strong organisational skills
- Counter Balance Forklift License
- Calmness under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise and manage several issues and requests in a structured manner.
- General IT Knowledge, Hewlett Packard Printing and Imaging Products desired, but not essential as training can be provided
- Ability to work within multiple collaborative teams
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
- Display exceptional follow-through, personal drive and the desire to make a difference.
