Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:
- Picking of fresh foods, dairy produce and fine foods
- Ensuring all food produce is prepared or picked and packed in accordance with customer specifications
- Accurately working to Pick Sheets, packing, labelling and completing paperwork as appropriate
- Replenishing stock before the end of the shift.
- Loading produce onto vans in accordance with schedule
- Reporting shortage or quality issues to Line Manager
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations at all times.

Warehouse Operative Skills/Experience Required:
- A good level of physical fitness (able to lift 25kg)
- Happy to work nights in a frequently cold environment
- A motivated team player with a strong work ethic who is able to use their initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and numeracy skills
- Experience of working with fresh produce or in a warehouse environment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided
- Forklift Truck Licence preferable but not essential.

£9.78 per hour, annual bonus, 20 days holiday + 8 days (bank) holiday, company pension, health care, free parking, discounted produce, Christmas food box etc.

9pm to 6am, 5 nights out of 6 to include Friday and Sunday evenings, £9.78 per hour, Bishop Sutton, picking and loading fruit, vegetables and fine foods. Please note that this role is based in a rural location and therefore a valid driving licence/own transport is essential.
